I take doses of around 1000mg daily and increase to 4000-5000mg at the first sign of a cold without concern for kidney stones. It reduces the impact of toxins from exhaust, pesticides, and radiation. This vitamin also acts as an effective antihistamine. I keep it in my medicine cabinet for illness and use Sodium Ascorbate daily.

I chose this vitamin C because it's water-based and not sour. My family experienced covid, and while the children recovered quickly, the adults took longer. I believe this supplement aided in the mildness of the illness and hastened our recovery. The children took one capsule daily, while the adults took two.
